Made to Order
Every item in the TPSR Shop is custom-printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because production starts right away, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selected, or general "changed my mind" situations.
Defects & Misprints
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund.
Wrong Size or Item
If we made the mistake (wrong size, wrong design, wrong address on our end), we'll fix it at no cost to you. If you ordered the wrong size, reach out anyway — we'll try to help where we can.
How to Start a Claim
Email hello@tpsrshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Most claims are resolved within 3–5 business days.
